Order + Shipping:

Shipping is currently available throughout the United Kingdom and free on orders over £40. Standard delivery is between 3-5 working days, allow 1 day for processing. 

We aim to pack orders as soon as possible therefore, any changes to be made to your order cannot be guaranteed - though you can contact us via email as soon as you can. We would be happy to see if we can make accommodations. 

Returns:

We want you to love every piece from tyne, but do feel free to contact us if you have any order enquiries. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect. For other items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, unopened and in original packaging. Any further help or enquiries while ordering or after you receive your order can be found via our email (hello@fromtyne.com) and through the contact us page.
